Being a recent NYC transplant from a small Caribbean island, I've been adjusting to the city life fairly well. This shoot was done in 30 degree weather, I was cold, but really wanted to channel my inner islander and show off every aspect of this outfit.
Normally I would've opted to wear something that has a bold color, instead I chose to take an alternate route and tone it down a little. I paired my jeans (that I ripped), with an amazing blue tee, completed with a brown Satchel from the Harlem market, my black GBX boots and very few accessories.
