If you haven't realized by now, I love cooking, baking or doing anything that involves the kitchen, except for cleaning lol. Im always experimenting with different recipes and this time was no exception. I stumbled upon this amazing pear cake recipe online, but had no pear and honestly it was too cold outside and I was too comfortable in the warmth of the house to step foot in that weather, so I improvised as I always do. I replaced the pears with apples, dropped a few ingredients and made the recipe a little less complicated so anyone could try.
